When we plan the HTML and CSS for an auction website, the programmers love the challenge of unique business model. Every new product is a new challenge. Adding a product to watch list, or defining privileges for an Admin for a CRM, using lighbox to a photogallery website, exploring how to setup SLIDER with half the portion as text another half an image, it is fun, every time.
Same way, whether we are planning information structure for an online help for a real estate CRM, or for an installation manual for a GIS application, or for a white paper on leveraging videos for social media campaigns, the thrill is same. The joy of technical writing. And the satisfaction that the information reaches the target audience in right format, and is accurate, clear, correct, concise and crisp.
